We design buildings, interiors, furniture and exhibitions and provide complex services in the field of building design, project management and general planning in building construction. In the long term, we deal with school and sports facilities, designing residential buildings, services and commercial buildings, car dealerships, health, industrial and administration buildings.

Our services are provided throughout the Czech Republic as well as abroad, namely in Czech, German, English and French.

Founded in 2003 in Prague, the architectural studio has been working successfully for the next ten years under the name HAVLIS & HUCL ARCHITEKTI s.r.o.
After the separation of its two founding partners in 2013, it changed into its current organizational and legal form.
With the RH-ARCHITEKTI s.r.o. of our former colleague Radim HUCL, we have taken over all obligations arising from the previous cooperation under the HH-ARCH brand.

Architectural studio HAVLIS & PARTNER ARCHITEKTI s.r.o. is insured for operational damage including retroactive coverage (for HH-ARCH). With the agreement of the former business partners, it is entitled to use the complete references of HAVLIS & HUCL ARCHITEKTI s.r.o. from 2003-2012.

Authorization to use the title "Architect" results from its entry in the list of architects of the Czech Chamber of Architects (CKA). Mr. Ondřej HAVLIS, licensed architect of the CKA No. 03 181, is registered as managing director and sole shareholder.

Main activities of the architectural studio:

  • Complex services in the construction industry from the processing of investment projects and architectural preliminary designs to the execution, equipment and commissioning of buildings.
  • Architectural design of buildings, interiors and exhibitions
  • Graphic presentation of the designs including computer visualization, 3D modeling, photomontage and animation
  • Project activity in building construction - complex services in the field of interior and building planning, technical planning and special studies;
    Project activity in building construction - complex services in the field of interior and building planning, technical planning and special studies; in all service phases: from preliminary and draft planning, through approval planning in both stages according to Czech construction law, to implementation planning, schedule of works and quantities, construction supervision and commissioning.
  • Expert reports and special projects for the renovation of buildings with the presence of structural defects, asbestos, radon, etc.
  • Processing of investment projects, cost estimates and cost calculations, preparation of contracting, including the determination of quantities and drawing up of service specifications and cost estimates.
  • Public procurement tenders, contracts and billing under the procurement law of the Czech Republic No 134/2016 Sb. And its related provisions.
  • Tenders, contracts and billing for private construction contracts within the meaning of the New Czech Civil Code.
  • Arranging legal services in the field of construction and commercial law.
  • Execution of the works as general planning company, construction management, construction supervision or artistic site management (copyright).
